This recent addition to our books and concertinas on print is an illustrated guide to Stone Lithography, illustrated by one of the finest lithographers of his generation, Bernard Cheese. It's a little ten panel concertina (each panel 95mm by 145mm) of ten illustrated steps to making a lithograph on stone, devised as a means of explaining the mysteries of lithography in an accessible visual format, as explaining in words can be too confusing!
On the reverse side of the concertina is an introduction to lithography, with added illustrations by Hilary Stebbing, that demonstrate the textures achievable via the stone.
